Exchange, guarantee and return policies

The following policies only apply to online purchases made through www.benditaselva.com or through any of Bendita Selva's social networks.

To take into account:

  • The period to make the change is 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.
  • The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with the original labels and accessories, and must not be used, washed, modified or altered.
  • Undergarments (panties) do not have change.
  • Garments that do not meet the listed conditions will be returned.
  • The exchange must be for a product of equal or greater value.

The shipping cost for returning the product will be assumed by the customer.

Guarantee:

  • The term of the product warranty is 90 days from the date of receipt of the order. After this time we do not accept merchandise claims for any reason.
  • Any warranty claim, after the garment has been used, will be analyzed by our Customer Service Department, which will respond as soon as possible.
  • The product must be shipped in good hygienic conditions.

Right of withdrawal:

  • In accordance with the right of withdrawal enshrined by law 1480 of 2011 art. 47, the maximum term to exercise this right is 5 business days from the date of receipt of the order.
  • The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with the original labels and accessories.
  • The shipping cost for returning the product will be assumed by the customer.
  • Bendita Selva is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transportation.
  • If all the aforementioned conditions are met, we will return the total amount paid, without discounts or withholdings and the term for the refund of the money may not be longer than 30 calendar days.
  • In accordance with numeral 7 of article 47 of law 1480, goods for personal use are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
