All orders have a shipping value. The shipping value for both cases is additional to the value of the garment and will be reflected in the order summary, once the city and shipping address have been entered.
Delivery times
Standard shipping:
- Our orders reach a large number of cities and municipalities in Colombia. We are committed to taking your order to wherever you are, as long as the destination is within the coverage area of the logistics operator, which is why it is necessary that the chosen delivery location has a nomenclature. The logistics operator is responsible for the safe delivery of the products and within the agreed times. We have delivery times of 3 business days and up to 8 business days for shipments nationwide. Delivery days are counted from the day after the order is placed. Express delivery:
- This shipping method only applies to orders and deliveries in Medellín (also metropolitan area) and Bogotá. If you place your order before 3:00 pm it can be distributed the same day or if you place it after the aforementioned time it will be delivered the next business day. The delivery of your product(s) will be made according to the delivery promise informed through our website at the time of purchase. To guarantee delivery at the established time and place, it is necessary to write the street/street/avenue, with its numbers, in full. Check your details to make sure they are entered correctly.
- This shipping method only applies to orders and deliveries in Medellín (also metropolitan area) and Bogotá. This type of shipment allows you to choose and schedule in advance the delivery time of your product(s) in a time slot from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. The delivery of your product(s) is will be made according to the delivery promise informed through our website at the time of purchase. To guarantee delivery at the established time and place, it is necessary to write the street/street/avenue, with its numbers, in full. Check your details to make sure they are entered correctly.
Delivery service:
- The logistics operator as a transport company delivers the package to the address assigned by the Client; and although they do not require a signature upon delivery in all cases, they do leave a record of where and to whom the package was delivered. Bendita Selva is not responsible for the package once it leaves the facilities.
